Notification channel: PagerDuty

In addition to other channels like email and SNS, you can choose to be notified of alert events via your existing PagerDuty account by enabling the PagerDuty option in the Notifications tab.

Be sure to have created a PagerDuty account by clicking the 'Sign Up" button at and have your PagerDuty credentials available (account, password and service).

Login to your Sysdig Cloud account at and navigate to the Settings > Notifications tab. Add a new channel using PagerDuty.


At the PagerDuty integration page you will enter your PagerDuty credentials and click the "Authorize Integration" button:


You will then be prompted to choose an existing service or setup a new service for Sysdig Cloud notifications. Make your selection and click on "Finish Integration"


Once integration is authorized you will be brought back to the Sysdig Cloud Notifications tab where you can confirm your PagerDuty account, Service Name and Service Key. You can also enter a friendly name for the PagerDuty channel. Review your settings and click the 'Save' button. 



At this point integration is turned on and you will begin to receive notifications via PagerDuty as they are forwarded from Sysdig Cloud.
